Kelly walked into the diner ready for some lunch. She saw heath sitting by himself. She sat next to him and casually said "Hey" like they've known each other for a long time.

Heath looked over at Kelly, smiling. "Hello again." he said. The waitress then walked over and smiled at him. "Oh, you're haveing lunch with your sister? She's so cute!". Heath shook his head. "She's a friend, not my sister." he laughed. "You mean girlfriend? No need to be embarrased." Heath just shook his head. "I want some coffe please. Leave it black."

"Do you want something, Kelly? It's my treat." Heath offered. The waitress waited expectantly.

"No i'm not that hungry. I'm fine.Thanks though." Kelly replied with a slight smile.

"alright, I'll be back soon with your coffee." the waitress smiled. Heath dug in his pocket for something and pulled out a cell phone. He quickly clicked a few keys and snapped it shut, returning it to his pocket for it to ring again. He frowned as he read the message.

Heath looked at her like he was just realizing her presence. "Oh, nothing. Just my brother." he replied, shrugging.

"What happened?" Kelly asked curiously.

"He told me to pick him up. He dumped his girlfriend and she followed him. I told him no and that he deserves to be torchered. He plays with womens' feelings too much." Heath sighed.

"Nah, he's just annoying." Heath said. The waitress came back and handed Heath his coffee which he paid for. "come back and see me soon." the waitress winked.

He sighed and chuckled nervously. "IT's fine. I'm just frustrated because I can't answer them truthfully." he said.
